He sees the SPA as an integral experience for all the senses and conveys quickly his positive attitude, looks for a method different from the hospital atmosphere- therapists in white pants and outmoded tradition, for example the usual calming music that makes one aggressive with its panpipe elements. For the young, zeitgeisty themes in innovated spas there are licenses for 4 treatments (haki® stretch & relax, haki® sacral, haki® Partner treatment und haki® Foot washing)- 2 other products are still in development.

The licences are only given to chosen houses, where high quality demands, regular quality checks, make-up classes and a selective choice of therapists guarantee a continual high standard.

The method designer Harald Kitz wants to do something that lies beyond the horizon. He is searching for encouragement and appreciation from all sides and from his travels to other cultural circles, for example China and Bali, where he learned from different Masters, like the ayurvedic and Chinese massages. He is one of the few Hamam- and Pantai-Luar Masseur. Furthermore, he devoted himself to the topic “complex physical decongestion therapy” at the renowned Dr. Vodda School. After some time in the private clinic Treibach/Althofen under Dr. Henry Puff (emphasis shoulder, knee, hips), he switched to the upscale hotel industry: In Hotel Hochschober, one of the 500 best Hotels and Spas under the direction of the Klein family, he collected the necessary experience for the direction of a successful Spa Team.

Before a background study of music grew the idea to combine message techniques/methods with vibrations and rhythms and so release the tension and stress from the shoulders and neck. Harold Kitz bridges creativity and a little grandeur.
